Meet Megan

Megan is the Lead Esthetician and trusted Spa Manager here at Najia’s Esthetic Skin and Laser. She’s been helping clients glow since 2021 and absolutely loves sharing her passion with others.

She graduated from The New York School of Esthetics in 2019 and has became multi-certified in advanced treatments including Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Microneedling RF, Laser Genesis, Laser Hair Removal. She is now proudly a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist.

Having personally struggled with breakouts and acne-prone skin, she deeply understands the emotional and physical journey her clients are on. The goal is always to make every client feel seen, supported, and confident in their skin.

As Spa Manager, she also takes pride in mentoring new estheticians and creating a welcoming space where both clients and staff feel cared for. She’s committed to ongoing education and always stays up to date on the latest techniques, products, and science-backed skincare to bring expert-level results in every treatment.

Meet Fatima

Fatima has been a valued member of Najia’s team for over 15 years, bringing dedication, skill, and a warm, approachable presence to every client interaction. She takes great pride not only in transforming skin, but also in educating her clients on the importance of consistent, personalized skincare through open, friendly conversations.

A graduate of the Westchester School of Beauty Culture, Fatima is a licensed esthetician in New York. She holds certification in Laser Hair Removal from the New York School of Esthetics and has completed advanced training in treatments including Collagen Induction Therapy, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and Laser Genesis.

Meet Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a licensed Esthetician based in Mamaroneck, NY, practicing at Najia’s Esthetic Skin and Laser. She graduated from The New York School of Esthetics and holds advanced certifications in Lash Lifts, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Laser Genesis, Laser Hair Reduction, and is a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist.

Having personally dealt with acne-prone and sensitive skin, Kaitlyn understands the emotional and often frustrating challenges that come with skincare. She takes a collaborative, customized approach with each client—because no two skin journeys are the same. (And yes, she loves a good extraction session!)

In addition to her work as an esthetician, Kaitlyn is also a certified yoga instructor. Her mission is to support clients not just through skincare, but in helping them feel good from the inside out.
